Piece of the Week: The Trussardi Mini LOVY Bag
The size, shape and evergreen style of the Mini LOVY Bag by Trussardi is what makes it the piece of the week. For the fall/winter 2017 season the trapezoid bag has been crafted in some covetable snake skin options as well as a few rich color ways. And the update of the brand’s classic Greyhound clasp on the front, which snaps the bag close, looks both modern and bold.
Trussardi tapped the Swiss-Dutch naturalized Italian television host Michelle Hunziker to be the Mini LOVY bag ambassador and, as you can see from the video below, she presents a beautiful yet relatable embodiment of the bag. The LOVY bag is luxury that feels within grasp. Designer yet democratic it, most importantly, has a timelessly to its construction that will draw multiple generations to it.
Besides its shape the size of the bag is a clever sort of hybrid. Its big enough to carry an iPhone 7 plus, a wallet, keys and lipstick, but small enough to move easy from work to an evening bag. Especial when you take off the strap and just hold it by its pert leather handle.
Top marks Trussardi.
