Piece of the Week: The Tory Burch Bag
Jessica Michault,
Its true that we have yet to get away on our summer holidays, but its worth pointing out that some of the pre-fall collections have a number of cute accessories that are whimsical enough to travel with you to far-flung vacation destinations and still work back at the office come September.

The Tory Burch “We Belong to One Another” bag from the pre-fall 2017 collection.
Case in point: The Tory Burch “We Belong to One Another” message saddle bag. There is a certain charm to the way the circle of earth-toned paper dolls surrounds the center double T designer logo closing clasp. And the naive leather lettering of the positive message across the front of the bag has a childlike joie de vivre to it. Also, the neutral color palette makes this bag a really versatile accessory that can transition easily from a warm summer season to the cooler months of fall.
The spiritualist, and globetrotting Italian furniture designer, Gabriella Crespi, inspired the whole pre-fall 2017 Tory Burch collection. So it has a slightly 70s Moroccan and Indian energy. The line up has a Kumbaya kind of chic to its designs, which this delightful little bag perfectly embodies. It’s inclusive message a visual balm to frayed nerves and overworked women looking to for a positive mantra to get them through the doldrums of having to return to the daily grind of the job in the fall.
